His professional career includes financial policymaking (the Federal Reserve and Counsel of Economic Advisers) financial innovation (Treasury TIPs), teaching at both the undergrad and graduate level (economics, financial markets, law and public affairs) and corporate boards. He is currently macro economist for Beck Capital Management, Austin, TX. His scholarly published work is, for example, contained in the Journal of Finance and other leading finance and banking journals.
